All orders must be accompanied by full payment at the time of the order through the online portal. All major debit and credit cards are accepted as well as PayPal and Venmo (mobile only).

Once an order is placed, please allow 4-6 weeks for fabrication and delivery, though it’s common for lead times to be shorter than 4 weeks.

Lead times may change unexpectedly due to unforeseen circumstances. Changes in lead time will always be communicated promptly.

All wholesale orders maintain a simple, flat-fee shipping cost of $14 and are shipped with USPS Priority Mail with Signature Confirmation.

Authorized retailers will receive wholesale prices, which are 50% of set retail prices.

Retailers must sell pieces for no less than the suggested retail prices (SRP).

Retailers may temporarily discount pieces by no more than 15% the SRP for no more than 7 days.

Prices are subject to change without notice; the most current online price supersedes any previous pricing.

Depending on the needs of your store, customer packaging can be ordered free of charge on the wholesale portal. There you will find:

Per-item kits consisting of a black velvet baggie, polishing cloth, and business card (strongly recommended).

Sturdy boxes to accommodate above kit (branded with signature or unbranded).

Due to the work’s artisan nature, there may be minor variations between pieces, and dimensions are approximate. The buyer accepts this when the order is placed.

Cancellations
Order cancellations must be sent to molinaromarissa@gmail.com within 24 hours of order placement to help avoid production costs.

Returns
Returns may only be made in the rare event that an order is defective or inaccurate upon receipt.

Please inspect all shipments immediately upon arrival and submit a return request within 5 days of shipment delivery to initiate return authorization. Please email molinaromarissa@gmail.com with your order number, reason for return, and photographs supporting your claim.

Returned merchandise will not be accepted if it is held for more than 5 days after return authorization is granted.

Returns must be delivered in the same packaging in which it was received.

I reserve the right to authorize or not authorize returns and to refuse items that are returned without prior notice or in a condition that does not match the condition in which it was received.

If all of the above apply, your return shipping is free.

Proper care of jewelry in the retail environment is essential to your customers’ positive impressions as well as to the accurate representation of the work.

Kindly keep pieces on display polished with a silver polishing cloth (provided with your order) and free of tarnish and fingerprints.

Pieces in stock that are not on display should be stored in the plastic bags in which they were received to help prevent the effects of exposure to the elements.

It is highly encouraged to include a Marissa Molinaro business card (and per-item packaging) with a customer’s order.

If the items ordered are sold online, the title or description of the items must include "Marissa Molinaro" as their brand name.

Retailers must receive permission to use Marissa Molinaro’s photographic material on their website or other collateral. Email molinaromarissa@gmail.com to receive a high-quality version of the imagery you need.

Retailer may not alter (e.g., crop, change colors, add text) provided photos other than to size appropriately for website and marketing materials.

Marissa Molinaro retains all rights to the images provided and retains the right to prohibit the use of images.

Once approved, you are only authorized to sell through the retail store that you listed on your initial application to Marissa Molinaro. Secondary stores must receive prior approval. Online sales through your own website are permitted, however sales through online auction sites and marketplaces are prohibited.

Any personal information that you provide to us including your name, address, telephone number and email address will be treated confidentially and will not be released, sold or rented to any entities or individuals outside of Marissa Molinaro.

We do however reserve the right to list your store's contact details in listed stockists on our website or to provide these details to a potential customer upon request.

We do not collect or record any credit card details you may provide when purchasing from Marissa Molinaro. Your credit card details are securely processed by our payment processor Stripe.
